Wa Alaikum Assalam. The modified online courses, knowns as MOOCs are available for free in some platforms. You may also get lectures playlists on YouTube. They are mostly free. In Pakistan, Virtual University had recorded 3 credit hours courses on Islamic Finance taught by Prof. Human Dar, Prof. Ateeq Uz Zafar and others.

Wa Alaikum Assalam. To our knowledge, there isn’t any. But, there are some in UK. Usually, what people do is they enroll in normal economics and finance department or Islamic studies department. Run through normal coursework and do thesis in this field. But problem is that many supervisors are not qualified and not interested in that topic as well. Hence, if one writes research statement and shows interest in this field, universities excuse. That’s for now. Hopefully, if Islamic banking and finance institutions start operating in scale in the market, then universities will feel the urge to offer such programs. Right now, at least for USA, there are less such opportunities if one wants to pursue PhD Degree in Islamic Banking and Finance.
